Refurbishment Process

Step 1 -
Incoming Inspection

Appearance check, power-on test for control cabinet/teach pendant, servo error code reading, preliminary repeatability test; generate an “Incoming Inspection Report.”

Step 2 -
Cleaning & Disassembly

Degreasing/air blowing, disassembly of protective covers and reducer caps, oil contamination inspection, disassembly and inspection of suspected components; generate a “Component Inspection Record.”

Step 3 -
Component Replacement

Bearings/seals/grease, servo motors/encoders/cables, housing repair; record batch numbers and serial numbers; generate a “Replacement List.”

Step 4 -
System Calibration

Servo zero point, coordinate system, acceleration/limit/torque parameters; verification via laser or camera; generate a “Calibration Report.”

Step 5 -
Painting & Assembly

Rust removal and polishing, primer + topcoat, drying, rewiring and protective cover reinstallation; generate an “Assembly Checklist” and confirm “Appearance Approved.”

Step 6 -
Testing & Delivery

24–48h continuous operation, load cycling, safety and communication checks; final “Performance Report” with warranty and traceability QR code.
