1. Overview

At Unique Pintop, we aim to ensure that every customer receives reliable, fully tested products and professional technical support.
Our refund and return policy is designed to protect both the buyer and the integrity of our refurbished and AI-integrated products.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, cables, and documents intact.

  • The return must be approved by our After-Sales Department prior to shipment.

Please note that certain categories are non-returnable due to their technical nature or customization process.


3. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or special-order equipment (e.g., robot systems configured to specific customer requirements).

  • Products that have been installed, tested, or operated on customer sites.

  • Software licenses, AI monitoring platform subscriptions, or digital downloads.

  • Spare parts that have been electrically connected, installed, or modified.

  • Engineering and on-site services that have already been rendered.


4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be approved in the following cases:

  • Returned products with minor cosmetic wear or opened packaging.

  • Items missing small non-critical accessories.

  • Demonstration units or items returned beyond the standard 30-day period but within 45 days (subject to inspection and approval).


5. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–15 business days.

  • Deductions may apply for inspection, recalibration, or packaging restoration costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products that cannot be repaired under warranty.
Please contact info@uniquepintop.com with your order number, photos, and description of the issue before sending any item back.

If approved, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return address will be provided.


7. Warranty and Technical Service

All refurbished robots and AI retrofit kits are covered by a 6–12 month limited warranty, depending on the product category.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by improper installation or unauthorized modification.

  • Electrical surge, environmental conditions, or user negligence.

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., bearings, seals, or cables).

For warranty claims, please contact our service team before returning any product.


8. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the shipping cost when returning items unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damage in transit, etc.).
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

For higher-value products (such as industrial robots), we recommend using insured and trackable shipping services.
Unique Pintop is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


9. Digital Products and Software

AI Monitoring & Maintenance Platform subscriptions, software licenses, and firmware upgrades are non-refundable once activated or delivered,
except in cases of service malfunction or billing errors verified by our support team.
